Technical management should be thought of malfunctions, maintenance problems, leaks, electrical problems, and all other questions from the tenants. B&B management will take on the role of intermediary.
All reports come to us, then we will assess them, and we will find the right solution for the report
Up to an agreed-upon mandate, we can directly arrange our handyman, a subcontractor, or supplier, for larger problems we will, in consultation with the owner, ask for offers or directly facilitate a solution
You as the owner will not receive any annoying calls or emails, we receive these.
